The machine has two working units. The first working is a rubber roller with a diameter of 12.6" and 55 shore hardness. The abrasive belt measures 54" x 103" and its speed is controlled by inverter, variable at 0 – 66 feet/min. The working roller has an anti-dubbing function to protect the edges of the piece.
The second working unit is a combination of rubber roller and pad. The diameter of the rubber roller is 7.1" and the hardness is 45 shore. The abrasive belt measures 54" x 103" and is controlled by inverter, variable at 0 – 52 feet /min. The working roller also has an anti-dubbing function to prevent the over-sanding of edges.
